cos if it does not help sorting out with your little boss (which he is playing "erh..dunno, u do, then u suffer" kindda attitude), go straight to your next BIGGER boss. Sometimes, you have to do something (may cause friction or not), at least the matter has been blown, and he is also in bad position cos he is also worried how pple may look upon him...

trust me, he will "mellow" for a while one!...

and do put up a plan or proposal/suggestion to your BIGGER boss and see if she accept it.. it may work for u leh.. Wink
